I’m Fatema, an Accessory Designer and Textile Artist!

Currently pursuing a Master's in Professional Studies in Fashion Management at Parsons and holding a BFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, my journey has been driven by sustainable design and creative innovation. As a designer focusing on leather goods accessories, my role as a Product Innovator at Creative Knits allowed me to blend design and creativity to develop eco-conscious handbags that resonate with contemporary values. Previously, as a Design Apprentice at Coach, I honed my ability to research, design, and develop products with a strong focus on aesthetics and sustainability. My deep understanding of fine arts, combined with my experience in merchandising and product development, informs my approach to creating thoughtful, responsibly made products that align with modern consumer needs.
